Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. You have until the order is dispatched to cancel or amend the order, after dispatch you will have to request a return.

If you would like to make an amendment to your order before shipping, please contact us on to let us know of the amendment, we are happy to accommodate. If shipping parcel size changes we will add charges accordingly.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We currently use Royal Mail Tracked 48 only, so shipping charges below (April 2023 v1) are subject to change.

Should your order get lost or be misrouted, we will take it up with the courier and update you on any progress. If the order is not located we will contact you to arrange replacement or refund if no stock is available.

International Shipping

At this time, we do not ship outside of the United Kingdom.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 5 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you. If any other charges are incurred during shipping we will inform you, these charges will payable by you if fault is not ours or our courier.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

We accept returns up to 7 days after delivery, if the item is unopened and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount plus the shipping costs for the return if the return is for anything other than no longer wanting the product.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
